Feasibility Studies
The feasibility of a development, its layout and how it responds to its surroundings is a key stage in considering a proposal. These early studies provide a springboard for discussion and further evaluation. They can involve the production of site layouts, plans, elevations, streetscenes and sections depending on the type of development involved. Our mix of skills enables us to understand the relevant planning policy and potential constraints of a site, while maximizing its value through creative use of space and design features. This mix of abilities allows us to realise the most appropriate development for the site, its density, layout and design.
