Planning Appeal success that raised the roof! Two planning appeals were granted for substantial extensions and alterations to this detached property. The existing first-floor accommodation was set within the roof, however the proposed extensions and alterations incorporated a full first floor and raised roof. We were subsequently instructed to produce building regulation drawings and followed the build through to completion. The scheme has resulted in a complete transformation of this large family home.
