We secured permission to change the building’s use from an Industrial Unit (B1) to a Fish and Chip Shop (A5). The applicant had previously received a refusal, but after they approached us. We negotiated directly with the planning officers and resolved the issues behind the refusal. As a result, we gained planning consent through a revised application.
