Our client required assistance to produce a housing layout for a site containing approximately 250 units. The client specifically required the scheme to be produced on CAD to enable the layout to be shared with third parties such as the Highway Engineers and Landscape Architects. The site is at very early stages of consideration and therefore details of the site location have been omitted from our website to protect client confidentiality.   

The site had a number of constraints including significant level changes and a stream to the south of the site. We worked along side the Client and the Highway Engineers to produce a layout which met the housing mix required for the location, incorporated highway design and gradients supplied by the Highway Engineers and ensured the extent of the housing development was positioned away from the flood risk zone to the south end of the site.
