Conversion of Farm Buildings to Ancillary Residential Accommodation, Worcestershire

We were approached by the owner of redundant farm buildings which were in close proximity to his dwelling. He was looking to reuse these for ancillary domestic accommodation and instructed us to submit a planning application. We carried out a measured survey and produced existing plans and elevations. A set of scheme drawings were produced which utilised the space to the applicants requirements. A bat survey and structural survey were carried out by specialists and these were included in the planning application. We liaised with the planning officers and the applicant to provide minor amendments to the scheme during the application process and planning permission was subsequently granted.
