Our client operated a scrap business and had recently started to rent a property from which to operate. The client was unaware that the property did not have planning permission for their required use. Having had this matter brought to their attention by the planning department, the client instructed us to prepare drawings and submit a planning application. We carried out a site survey, produced the drawings and a supporting Design and Access Statement. Planning Permission has now been granted for the change of use.
